In Touch For Health III we will review 28 muscles and
techniques learned in the other Touch For Health classes.
We will balance the Five Elements using Color, Goal and Emotion and
Food as a correction. The Circuit Retaining Mode helps us hold
information in our bio-computer as we test further. Discover how
long standing postural problems, restricted range of movement,
cramps and spasms, over enlarged muscles or flabby muscles can be a
result of Reactive Muscles. Learn to balance the Gaits for enhanced
muscle co-ordination. Balance agonistic and antagonistic muscles so
muscles do not work against each other. Find excess energy by using
Pulse Check for over energy in the meridians.
